During the past few months, I have begun receiving very poor service from my Verizon cell phone at my home. I have one bar on the signal barometer, many times have no service, and calls are frequently dropped (or those I am speaking with say the reception is breaking up). My home is now my home office, so this poor reception is not acceptable. I need this fixed, or I will have to drop my service with Verizon and go with another carrier.
