Poor service in Florida Panhandle

What is going on in Florida Panhandle Chipley, Cottondale, Marianna area?  I have had poor internet connection half the time it doesnt stay on LTE and works only off wifi. Poor connection with phone calls dropping or cant hear.  Texts are taking forever to go through or recieve, sometimes not until the next day.  This is happening to my daughter phone, mother, and friends that live in same areas.  No one at local office knows what is going on.  Sad Verizon charges you so much but cant be on top of cellular issues.

Are you still having problems with service today? I didn't have any reports over the past couple of days.
