Report LTE issues in 30127 (recent)

I know in the Atlanta area they have been working on the advanced LTE speeds.  I'm in a suburb about 23 miles W/NW of the city and lately our LTE speeds have dropped as a result.. especially the upload speeds.  As an example one of my tests tonight shows an upload speed of only 1.03Mbps (the download speed around 19.36Mbps).  Normally, our downloads will hover around 24Mbps or much higher and the uploads as high as 14Mbps.

Below is a speed test screen shot.  They are all (lately) fairly much on the same level.  As a frame of reference it's zip code 30127 and this test was done in a car near the intersection of "Richard Sailor's Parkway and New Macland Road".   But again, the upload speeds in general throughout the area have pretty much dropped significantly lately.

Can you check into this?
