Report Poor Coverage

Please check the coverage in zip code 42167. Service drops about 50% of the time, so we can't make phone calls and text messages are arriving hours late. This is a problem for every Verizon user at my place of work, not unique to one or two people.  The Verizon Coverage Map says we're covered, but there is definitely something wrong with the network. Thank you for your help.

Service you can count on is a must. We want to keep you connected where you need it and we appreciate you reaching out. When did these issues begin? Do they get better if you leave the building you work in and are outside?

Hi Andrew, 

These issues began about a month ago. If you leave any of the buildings and stay outside for a few minutes, it eventually connects and messages come through. But text messages and phone calls do not come through inside the buildings. Voicemail notifications don't come through, either. 

We're all looking forward to hearing the next steps to get this solved!
