There is zero cell reception at an elementary school for any Verizon phone. Is it possible to fix this?

Click "Troubleshoot" and find the troubleshooting options that best matches your problem. Make sure you sign into your My Verizon account so the troubleshooting is saved and let us know how it goes and if you see any improvements.

The school may be blocking cell phone usage to prevent cheating on tests or other schoolwork, but usually only internet service is impacted. Have you tried calling the school to ask if this is what's going on, especially if you have service once you get a little ways away from the school?
If, however, people using other carriers don't have a problem, then it really is a Verizon dead zone if this has been a persistent problem and not just something which cropped up recently.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
