I contacted Verizon and the customer service agent tells me "OH I haven't heard of this" well then why has everyone on this forum complaining about the 4G going out and the phone turning off...I haven't had steady 4G for over two weeks now! Really Verizon fix it or credit your customers for the aggravation and offer the IPhone if you can't get this fixed!
2 types of people in the world Leaders and Followers, unfortunately Verizon Employes 98% Followers and only 2% Leaders. Don't be surprise if the community knows more than the employees.
