My husband just text me. Said that he is not able to place a call it says that he is roaming into call Verizon. But obviously he can’t call anybody because he can’t call out lol. Does anybody have a solution?
I'm here to help with your husbands calling concern, let's look into this. Does he have access to the internet? Where is he currently located? If he has access to Facebook(https://www.facebook.com/verizon/) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/VerizonSupport) he can certainly reachout to us there for additional support.
