I live in TN zip code 37029 and have seen a decline in service. Customer service said I shouldn't have gotten service before so there is nothing that can be done about the decline. I can't even use my phone inside. Any advice? Anyone else having that problem?
Getting full service at all times is mandatory. Let's check on this in more detail? What specifically happens with calls, texts, and data when you attempt to use all of those? Are other devices having this same issue?
