I get one bar of LTE if lucky and folks have always complained about the quality of my voice calls (on about 5 different phones over the years). Is Verizon ever going to put a cell tower nearby? There's a Verizon line crew station about 0.1 mile from me. That seems like an optimal place for a tower.
Hello dbageek.
I'm sorry to learn you have had service problems throughout the years. I know you mentioned having different phones in the past, but what phone are you currently using? How are your calls affected? Has a network ticket been opened for you in the past?

I am currently using an iPhone 5S. Before that was an iPhone 4S. In my neighborhood, I get one bar of signal and call quality is very poor. I often have to switch to the house VOIP phone because people cannot understand me on voice calls. As for internet, I have a Verizon MiFi device as a backup for when our cable broadband goes out. When on the MiFi, I cannot persist a connection to my company's VPN for more than about 5 minutes at a time.
No networking tickets have ever been open for *me* in the past. With everybody in the area complaining about Verizon voice, LTE and 3G quality in my neighborhood (including several Verizon employees), I figured it was a known service issue and it would eventually be resolved. Unfortunately, I have been proven wrong every day for several years. Can you tell me if there's any effort whatsoever in improving signal quality in the area of Davison Rd, Day Rd, East Ave (route 31) in area code 14094? If this is going to continue on until 2015 and beyond, I may start to look at other carriers.
Thanks,
-Jeff
