Service slowed dramatically in the last month

For the last 3 to 4 weeks, everyone that has Verizon in our building has lost what we pay for. I pay for an unlimited plan and I now get dropped calls, delayed text and no internet service. How are you going to fix this?
We are located at 650 Belleville Turnpike, Kearny NJ 07032
