Enthusiast - Level 1

I’ve used Verizon forever,  have an iPhone 13 and up until a week ago have never had cell service issues at my house. A week ago I’ve gone from a full 5 bars to 1 bar and have called Verizon 2 times where each time I get…”no outages in your area”. I’ve reset network settings multiple times and they are sending me a network extender, but annoying not to have any cell service when walking the kids around the neighborhood (which is 15 miles from San Francisco and not in an area where you’d expect connectivity issues). Nextdoor shows a bunch of people are having the same issues but Verizon doesn’t seem to be able to find the issue. Need help otherwise will have to switch  providers.
