Predator7, we want to be sure you get the service you need. What issues are you running into with the service (dropped calls, no data)? How long ago did you start having issues like this?
Ive been having the same problem speeds on my home internet and phone internet, both devices are fast between 2 am - 8 am reaching 50 mgps downlod speed and around 6 mgps upload speed but then drop to 1 mgps download speed and 3 megabites per second upload speed for the rest of the day which is super slow to even surf the web. The drop started happening slowly getting less and less signal during the day until it got to that speed, ive upgrade to a window antenna and speeds don’t seem to change. customer support super friendly but can’t solve the problem, speeds are fast again in a 5 mile radius, area 78574

For months I been getting the run-around and lied to and tickets get ignored get the script reply no known outages must be treesor buildings blah blah not one tree or building has been added between me and newest tower a mile away no forest or sky scrapers magically appeared new sim card no difference get told now newest script excuse that "1 bar is in our accepted range" and another used is I'm now in a " marginal" area i.e no signal is expected odd how for years that was never the case I guess next I'll be expected to dance on roof with attenna ?
