I've been with Verizon for over 10 years and I'm so tempted to change.... I moved to the country side and validated that I was getting 3-4 bars of LTE and it was working fine for the last 2.5 years, until recently... In the last month, I'm only getting 1-2 bars on my iphone AND MiFis.
I've gone through the troubleshooting, turned off VolTE, reset my network, restarted my phone, everything that Customer Service suggested. It's not my phone in the first place, as my MiFi is also doing the same thing that I cancelled one of the two MiFi's I've since it's useless.
I will NOT buy an extender because it's Verizon's responsibility to maintain signal strength as their site still shows good coverage for LTE, so why the sudden change in signal strength suddenly that they can't explain OR fix. This is getting so frustrating that I'm going to sign up with another carrier to test and drop Verizon totally if they can't figure out this issue before I finish my test with another carrier.
Anyone else getting the runaround, wasting of lots of hours and bad service??? We should start a class action as this is getting ridiculous and frustrating!!!

We truly value your 10 years of loyalty and would never want to see you go, AlexTCH. I rely on my service to work where I need it and can understand your frustration with service no longer working well at your home. We appreciate your efforts thus far and would like to take a closer look into this. Does this happen indoors and outdoors? How is service when you leave your home? Was a Network Ticket ever completed for your area?

Hi Danielle, the signal fluctuates between one and two bars indoors and outdoors. Service when I'm travelling outside of my residence hits 3 to full bars. In all my chats with support, no one suggested a network ticket. What will that do and what do I need to do to get that scheduled ASAP?

Many others including myself have same issue the trouble shooting never fixed it as well as refresh on their end which causes lost service all together they don't seem to do much and claim no outages reported beyond that nothing
