Purchased a new compaq mini net book with a 4G plan. When computer got here I could not set up wireless because "Sim card not installed." Since this was a new device on my existing plan (I have two 3G plans already) I thought that the sim card would be included. naturally customer service is experiencing a heavy call volume, and on line chat is unavailable, so what do I do. it was a gift and we cannot access the internet. can I buy a sim card at a local v erizon store.
Check all the packaging, I suspect it is in there somewhere. It is a very small thing ya break off of a small piece of plastic
