Slow 4G Speeds in Honolulu

Is anyone here in Honolulu having this issue? I've been running speed tests and notice for the past 2 days speeds has been slow. Wondering if it's speedtest.net servers that is the issue or Verizon backbone providers?

What speeds are you getting? also try other speed test websites (speakeasy.net/speedtest may work), and try loading web pages on 4G, time it, clear your cache, then switch to 3G and try loading the same web pages. if you have a data plan with tethering, you can try downloading files from large websites like microsoft and seeing what speeds you get from that.
