My average download speed on 4G LTE is under 1.5 Megabits per second. I have removed/reinserted the sim, reset network settings, rebooted my phone, and removed the case. None of which has made a difference. I'm paying for premium service and not receiving it. Any ideas?

Sorry to see that are not getting typical 4G data speeds! Let's figure it out and get that data connection flowing. What model phone do you have? What zipcode are you having the trouble in? Are you having the problem both indoors and outdoors? When did you first start experiencing the slow data speeds? Do you know if any other vzw mobile numbers are also experiencing slow data speeds in the same area?
