Verizon 4LTE is so slow in West Knoxville, TN around the Cedar Bluff area. I see that there has been a post already starting on this and the last comment on this matter was in 2017. I have been with Verizon for 12 years and have been satisfied on everything so far. I have never complained before, but I am now. It is really messed up that I pay for a service, which by the way is not cheap, and I can't get my 4LTE to work in this area. I could really care less about the excuse "the tower is overloaded". You as Verizon whom claim to be the #1 provider should be able to provide. This has been going on for a year now. You have had plenty of time to fix this problem from the last post. Verizon you have given us reasons for the slow speed, but you have not done anything to resolve the problem. I don't won't to leave Verizon but I will if need be to get the service I expect to work when I PAY FOR IT.
We are truly sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with your service for such a long time, HCLEMNTS, we know how frustrating it can be when you are not able to connect to high speeds. We would hate for you to leave the Verizon family over this, so let's go ahead and look into this for you. First off, let me ask you, what is the zip code for the area? Also, does this happen in one location or multiple?
