A few months back (maybe 6 or 7 months ago) we notice a dramatic decrease in mobile data speeds from a local tower near my Dad's house. Call quality, SMS, MMS are working as expected but we noticed that the mobile data speeds when from 25 -35 Mbps (download) and 15-20 Mbps (upload) to 1.5 Mbps or less (download) and less than .5 Mbps (upload). I have been tracking the speed from the tower for years can confirm the dramatic change.
