My zip code 75025 and Verizon LTE is so slow that I got so frustrated that i throw away my phone and broke it, I’ve been with Verizon for over 15 years and the service going from bad to worse every single day, I call and reps don’t know nothing whatsoever, they read the script and apologize , if this issue not fixed I’m planning switching to another provider. Can’t take it anymore, my business depends on dependable connection toon home or outside. Carriers are only ripping people off , for fudge sake South Korea LTE runs over 250 MBPS we get less than 1
We always want you getting the best possible service and speeds. When did this issue first start? Are other devices having this same issue? How is your service in other areas?
Some times 4G and 5G are very fast for me, but other times it is very slow. I'm thinking this is another thing that in part is due to the chinese virus considering a lot of people are working at home and some use cellular for their internet connection. There are also those who don't work and use the service for online gaming throughout the day.
I pay AT&T for cable internet service, but those who use cellular at home for work/business I believe use considerable bandwidth.
We certainly don't want you to change wireless carriers. It's imperative to make sure that any data connection issues are addressed and resolved.
