Some images on websites are not loading while on Verizon LTE

I have a product that allows users to visually create and deploy websites. We've had several complaints from users that some images on their site aren't displaying while on their mobile device. Doing some digging, we realized this appears to be happening while using Verizon LTE.

When using Wifi or other service providers, like AT&T, all images display without any issues, so it does seem directly related to Verizon. This issue isn't happening with all images on a page, but a large amount of them. The file type doesn't seem to be a factor either since some SVG files are displaying, but others are not.

We also did have a previous issue with being flagged by some security sites due to malicious users creating phishing sites on our platform, but we have had all of those flags removed after talking to those security companies.

Any help or information getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated since this is affecting our customers.

Thank you for reaching out about this concern. We want to gain a full understanding -- are you attempting to view websites through a third party server and that is where you are experiencing difficulty with the images loading?

We host sites created in our product using a hosting provider called Vercel (https://vercel.com). The SVG images that aren't loading are served from a domain https://s.mkswft.com which I believe is hosted with Google Cloud Platform. That is the domain that we've had flagged in the past due to people using our product for phishing, but have had those flags removed once we verified the domains themselves aren't malicious.

To answer your question, I'm just viewing the sites using the LTE network on my phone as any person would usually do. An example site you can test for yourself while on LTE is https://www.activecapital.com/. If you scroll down to the "Our Investments" section, you'll see many of the images/logos are showing as blank boxes.
