I would like to know when 4G is coming back...if it's coming back. I am currently an owner of the HTC Thunderbolt and haven't had 4G since the outage 1 or 2 months ago. Is there anyway for Verizon to know why I am not getting 4G coverage.

I am more than happy to assist you with your 4G service in your area. The good news is that there is not a 4G outage in the Boston area. To confirm that there is 4G is in your area, you can input your home address into this link to verify.
Once you have confirmed that your home area is covered by our 4G LTE network the next step would be the one that Ann154 suggested in her post. In addition to these steps, I have listed some additional troubleshooting steps for you to try on the Thunderbolt to help restore 4G service. They are as follows.
