Sucks Verizon /No 4G No Message in home area

Sucks Verizon service in my area

So many times request service for 4G

but Nothing change .. It doesn't work 4G data , No text message, No voice mail

I really waste money for verizon

I really upset

My friends said " Why you didn't answer phone"

I just say because Verizon sucks

Please figure out!!!!!
