Tech Support incompetent

So here's my story. I cannot get incoming calls. I called Support and wasted an hour and twenty minutes. Teir 2 suggested changing my number to test but after the change my phone did not work at all. I requested escalation and rep hung up the phone. I did provide an alternate number but she did not call back. At this point I could not get through to VZW by phone neither online my number was not recognized. I called back and entered a different number, I requested my number be reverted now I'm back up but no incoming calls. I spent two hours on this I cannot waste more time on this. Is there any way of getting support from this company?
