Ever since we changed to the Unlimited plan, our service has been nonexistent. I called to complain a few months back and was assured that tech support was working on it and would call me back. That was a joke. Never got a call back. Just wondering if there will be a refund for my basically useless Data service. I had better save my breath to cool my coffee. My download speed earlier was .35 Mbps and my upload was .18 Mbps. This is an everyday thing. The only time that it is decent is if I am basically sitting underneath a tower! I am at the point of cutting off my service. And it isn't just me. It is everyone in this community. Also, my husband has the same problem and his phone is a work phone. COME ON VERIZON! [Removed]
