Terrible LTE service in 20003

The LTE service is terrible in 20003. Most of the time it says 1x and doesn’t even pick up LTE. Can’t even make a phone call without standing next to the window and when I am able to connect it usually cuts out 2 minutes into any call. I have reset the network and removed the SIM card. Same issue.

I'm sorry you are experiencing poor service in that area, Kro611. When did this start? Does service improve outside? Any other Verizon devices having similar issues that you are aware of?
