I've been a loyal Verizon customer for nearly ten years now, however I'm pretty frustrated with the way that Verizon Wireless has rolled out LTE. While it's a great technology and forward thinking, I do not expect user adoption to spike anytime soon unless the network can be stabilized else the support forums will be filled with messages and individuals and organizations will start looking elsewhere for a service provider.
