I moved to where I live right now in 2018, I have been on countless hours of customer service calls, have tried every troubleshooting option under the sun, but yet since 2018 the service in my entire area has been constantly degrading, down to the point where I'm only getting about .265 kbps for download speeds, it'll start out saying 1 mbps but the more it's used it just slows down almost to the point where it feels like it's being throttled on purpose. I pay for 50gb of hotspot because I can't get internet where I live, no one offers it in my area unless you live in town and even then it's hiked up because it's a rural area. People in my area are paying $250month for 100 GB of 5 to 10 Mbps speed yet my friend living in the town 30 mi away can pay $50/month for 1000 GB of 50mbps speed. Times are changing we need better speeds from our internet because with elevated sizes of downloads for anything,  and increased data pull from things like games and streaming services using multiple gigabytes a day, places like where I live are are already behind, and if we don't get something done we're going to be constantly getting farther behind.
