I have an iPhone 5. The battery is fully charged, but for the last two hours I have been unable to make or receive calls. No 4g LTE in status bar (or 3g or 1g for that matter). Just two bars in the signal indicator. Is there a service outage going on or is something wrong with my phone (which is brand new by the way).
I'm so sorry about the issues you're experiencing with your phone/ service PenelopeW. The iPhone 5 is a great device and you certainly should not be experiencing these issues. Let's look into this. How long have you had the phone? You mentioned its new, I'm looking to see if you've been able to use at all since activated. Also, where are you located? (zip code) Do you know of others experiencing similar issues?
For now, you can try powering off and removing SIM for 30 seconds and then restart. Let's see if this helps at all. http://vz.to/11vfttE
