Uneccessesary suspension of service with all balances at zero

I have a jet pack that I have gone over on my data useage for the last couple months, which resulted in them suspending my service. However, I have always paid my bill and am currently up to date w a zero balance and they still suspend my service causing me extreme frustration due to the hours of calling it takes for them to reactivate my service. Also this is not the first time this has happened and I'm getting really sick of getting my service suspended only as a way of forcing me to call in and discuss different plan options. Anyone know how to resolve this problem once and for all?
