We got a 4G modem for our computer and it doesn't work. Spent hours on tech support and it still doesn't work. Tried to returne it and even though the supervisor swore to me that if I paid the bill on it, and it still didn't work, I could return it. Well I paid the bill and it still doesn't work. Are they letting me return it? NO! They want me to spend another few hours with Tech Support. Obvously their supervisors will lie to you just to get your money!!! Don't order a 4G modem from Verizon.

I record all support calls... Issues of who said what are easily resolved as a result.

OK so resolve my problem: I want to return the modem that doesn't work and cancel the service. How do I do that?

Have you had the service longer than 14 days?

 

What isn't working? Is it poor signal, no signal??

 

What does vzacess manager say when you try to activate connect? How old is your computer?

I asked you very specific and easy questions to answer in hopes of being able to help. But you respond simply wanting it fixed. Me thinks you do not want help, just rant.

Is it working at all? What error codes if anything are you.getting? Did you download the manager? Where are you located? Iam considered rather computer savvy, and attempted to get my buddies going. It took me over a day. Partly it was a conflict with the old card. Which in turn killed he card. I strongly suggest calling in. Let the CSR know you need tech support for your 4g card. They try to help just tell them nicely tech support is what you need.

The Verizon 4G network does not work properly. All you have to do is spend a little time here to know that.
