I switched to unlimited yesterday and figured I’d be good before ever getting throttled. Well all day my internet has been basically nothing. Not even enough to connect to the Verizon app. That’s not throttling. That’s just giving me nothing. I call and the person tells me that my plan is a Toyota so if I want the good internet plan I’ll have to pay for the Mercedes because I live in a populated area and I’ll always be depriortized. That has to be a joke. Has anyone else had the issue where on the basic unlimited plan has limited internet. It wasn’t even 3G speeds for most of today. I’m very disappointed in Verizon

No, that's a terrible analogy. A Toyota is actually reliable.

We always want to see you have the best experience with the right plan for your needs. May I ask what plan did you choose? What did the signal indicator on the phone show? May I have the name of your city and the nearest intersection to investigate the area? YaleK_VZW
