In Springfield, VT in the plaza with 3 to 4 bars of service every single day many times a day there is absolutely no data available. You all put a new tower up ion 103 and that works well but in my town now it’s unusable anytime from 8am to 11am then 3pm to 7pm. Nothing works I can make voice calls but iMessage and anything that requires even a hint of data connectivity does not work. My T-Mobile data sim files Verizon is the worst to say the least. This has been happening for 6 months and I’ve had it. I keep getting the jerked around with reset this we groomed your connection blah blah blah. When will this 700mhz tower be updated. I want 3 months of credit and a timeframe when it will work. I’m going to port my numbers on the 13th before my next months bill if this can’t be resolved. I’m sick of paying for not even sub par, it’s no service. Was a VZ tier 2 tech I know somebody knows when it’ll be upgraded and I know billing credits can be applied. I’ve called and live chatted no less than 6 times for this.
