In the past two weeks I have only been getting 3G connectivity when I used to get 4G connectivity. What can I do on my end, or is this something that only Verizon can address?

Getting 4G/LTE speeds is important, rhaffn. Have you run a speed test to determine whether your speeds are actually 4G or not. Sometimes, your device may say 3G even though you are on the default of 4G/LTE. Here are the speeds you should expect. Verizon 4G LTE wireless broadband is 10 times faster than 3G—able to handle download speeds between 5 and 12 Mbps (Megabits per second) and upload speeds between 2 and 5 Mbps, with peak download speeds approaching 50 Mbps.
