My data service has never been working around my neighborhood including home since I switched to Verizon.
Never been able to connect to Cellular Data Service at home. Had numerous calls and trouble shooting with technical support but no resolution.
LTE with bars shown on my phone, no connections at all.
I'd like to file a complaint. Not sure if posting on community board can be a complaint, but this is what I was told.
