Verizon deletes complaints

So I posted a complaint about my 4G modem and then I get a message that Verizon deleted it. So much for this being a community. I guess it's just a place to sing the praises of Verizon. If you have a complaint or probem. they delete it.

Try posting again without profanity and actually state what was wrong with the device

Also if you post the same thing in multiple areas, the duplicates WILL get deleted.

As for your complaint, it is still here, but you seem unwilling to offer answers to questions asked so maybe someone can help you.

Well, I just looked at 5 of your posts and they are all complaints.

I didn't catch the offending post, but I'm surprised considering all the justifiable complaints so many of us have been throwing at Verizon with no more censoring than language & unneccessary meanness.

Now if you're coming on with;  "Verizon is a bunch of doo-doo heads",  with no particulars, just attitude,  then maybe they've got a case.   We should be making contributions by exposing problems with the idea that things can/should get better.  -even if the solution was to go to ATT&T

I didn't see the post, but please try it again with "just the facts Ma'am, just the facts".
