Very Weak 4G to Voice Roaming all in my new place.... never had this problem before... this is unacceptable Verizon!  How can this be corrected?  I rely on my cell service for work!  Help!!!

Your old place got great signal, but your new one doesn't?  Did you research your coverage before moving?  The customer goes to Verizon, Verizon doesn't come to the customer.

Do you experience this indoors and out? The map shows that there should be 4G and voice coverage. How long have you experienced this issue? There are many factors that can affect the signal. Structure type, buildings and other objects that may interfere with the signal. Is it occurring at just your location or the surrounding area? What device are you using?

Yes, Snn5 I'm not stupid.  I show full coverage area for where I live.

@chris1060 - I have lived here now for 3 months, I experience this both indoors and outdoors.  The voice roaming comes on when I am in my home office.  I am using the HTC One m8.

Looking at a map and taking your phone to that location are different.

I can certainly understand why getting the best service possible is important to you with work, Rezchick. Does your phone display the words "Voice Roaming" somewhere on the display? Aside from the signal notification, are you experiencing any difficulties with calls or data use itself? How far from your new home do you need to get in order for the signal to reflect 2+ bars of LTE without any Voice Roaming?

Hi Jennifer,

I do not get Voice Roaming notification on my phone display. Yes, data is slow and voice calling often has static and frequently drops calls. If I walk a few hundred feet away from our property (not new; we’ve been here for 13 years), the voice quality and data speeds and LTE signal improve. It seems like something has changed (tower moved, etc.).
