Based on all the other comments on this site, I am not the only one that is having service issues.  I can be in the middle of a text conversation when all of a sudden I am unable to send any message to anybody not even the person I was having a conversation with.  I have to reboot my phone and then try to resend the message.  I can also have my cell phone sitting on my desk right next to me, it will never ring, however I will get an voicemail message.  I utilize my cell phone for my personal business and Verizon's wireless service has become so unreliable that I am honestly thinking of changing service providers.  I have been a customer of Verizon since 1986 and over the last couple of years I have seen the service go sharply downhill and the service costs go through the roof.   Where I use to get service perfectly fine in my house, I now have to step outside to have a phone conversation with a client and even then I have to be careful of where I walk to because I can lose service just by moving 2 feet across my deck. If I am paying over $200/mnth for wireless service, I should at least be able to get full service and get it in my house, car, deck, or anywhere.
