I've had issues with a few phones now, I did the speedtest and pulled a .11 mbps download and a .26 mbps upload showing 3 bars of 4g lte. Is there something I can do to correct this?

What model phone do you have currently? You can usually try resetting network settings or changing your network mode. When a Verizon rep responds, they'll need your ZIP code as well.

We understand the need to have a working service connection and we want to help. When did you start having issues with your data service? Does this happen in other areas outside of this zip code? You are only having issues with data or do you also have call and text issues as well?

It happens when I'm home at 80005 in Arvada and when I'm in Denver. Happens in quite a few places. It's mainly data. I can receive calls and texts just fine.
