After a recent trip out of my home coverage area our phones stopped being able to make Video Calls.
The message we received was "Unable to Receive Video Call".
However, HD voice worked fine.
I was able to figure out a fix and I hope it will help anyone else who has the issue.
Just remove Advanced Calling from your phones on Verizonwireless.com and Power cycle the phones. Then re-add Advanced Calling again.
