WHY THE SUDDEN POOR CONNECTION

Newbie

I've come to terms with the fact that my network connection isn't as great here in 80026 indoors and outdoors. I'm still able to check my email and update my weather app, etc. However, in the past few days (today included) my network connection and my fiance's network connection went from 1-2 bars of LTE to 2 bars of 1G, MAYBE 3G if we're lucky. Even then with 3G, it isn't enough to have functional phones - the Verizon app won't even open on full bars of 3G - kind of ironic. We dish out $300/month for 3 lines (yes, I will admit maybe 40% is to pay off our phones) for sub par connection everywhere we go. We came from Sprint because I had Verizon a few years ago and it was AMAZING. Now, I regret it single everyday... please help, I REALLY want to love Verizon again but it is getting frustrating.

Some details : Plan - Go Unlimited Data. Live in 80111 (connection still slower that what I had with Sprint), work in 80026, connection-so-stupid-I-want-to-throw-my-phone in 80310. Phone Xs and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus

Thank you kindly

NCK742,

We want you to love us just as much as you do, and don't want you feeling this way. Help is here.

Everything checks out in that area with no open concerns.

While our Go Unlimited plan is a great option, your data services can be deprioritized on cell sites with traffic which will slow down your services.

Here is a link with details on the plan: http://spr.ly/6585D5d69

Our Beyond Unlimited, offers the same options as Go Unlimited, with the benefit of not being deprioritized until after 22 GBs of usage: http://spr.ly/6587D5d6c
