We've had no mobile data connection all day here in southeast Atlanta - just says "turning on mobile data" and sits there. Anyone else have connection problems? How can I find out what's happening?

I never want to see our customers without service! Let's get to the bottom of this! What zip code are you in? What device do you have? Does service improve outside?
