Where do i report slow data?

It is pretty slow where I am

I am down in LaHarpe Kansas.  My data rates are constantly under 2MB in this area.  It seems to be related to the tower that is just north of LaHarpe KS as if I travel to Humboldt KS I always get 30MB down.  This has been doing this for the last few months.  Can somebody please fix this tower so that I can actually use my phone for data use.  I can make calls but don't understand why I pay for premium data when I am getting 1X speeds.

I have been needing to report slow data for over a year. It’s beyond ridiculous how much I pay to only receive speeds less than 1mbps most of the time. Please fix this.

Can you please run a speed test for us to see exactly what speeds you are receiving in the location that you mentioned you are having this trouble in?
