Title says it all. Why do I have such poor or nonexistant data service almost everywhere I go?
We recently switched from another carrier that we never had problems with. No problems when we are on wifi, it is a purely poor to nonexistant data service and spotty cell voice call. Located within 25 Madison Wi not remote areas at all.
Using unlocked newly purchased Moto G5 Plus with Verizon sim card installed by Representative at Costco cell phone kiosk who also initiated our Verizon service.
Current cellular settings
Data Roaming on
Global for preferred network
Enhanced 4g LTE On
Automatic cdma roaming mode
Use CDMA/LTE for the network mode.

Getting the best service possible is important to me. Let's get this figured out. How is your data service being impacted (slow speeds, not connecting, No 4G signal)? What happens with calls? Can you explain more by everywhere and what your exact zip code is?
