I have an Android Samsung Ultra 22. It started a week ago when I kept getting this buffering signal. I noticed that I have 5 bars for a minute then 2 bars then back to 5 bars constantly. I live in 11368 area. What should I do I know it is not my phone, I used to get excellent coverage. What should I do? Please send someone to check on the towers. I can't imagine being stranded somewhere without internet.
