Why in God's name am I paying for Unlimited service?!

I'm seriously frustrated now. I'm an honest hard working person and here not just Verizon but ALLLLLLLLLLLL The other providers are doing this throttle issue on the Data like either after 20 gigs or 25. Now i've been faithfully paying my bills and paying Verizon because I thought you guys were good on LTE and now paying over $200 a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you guys kidding me!!!!!!!!!!

Whats the sense of having a customer like me and Verizon robbing me!!!!!!!! Unlimited ?????? Really guys. This a shame!!!!!!!!!!

It's embarrassing to be with you and also along with the other providers.

You always have the option of switching to a different plan that doesn't include the "data-reprioritization" possibilities that the unlimited plans have.... Your choice.... Smiley Happy

I know but it's frustrating at times. I did do some research though and well to my surprise. The reason is that it's due to congested towers and well Unfortunately where I live it's a lot of traffic. So in a way it makes sense but then again at times when I need certain things done and I'm not at home i tend to get bothered by it. I don't usually use it so much but I've notice that once I hit the 25 gig mark, It's lik slow. So it's just I needed to vent a bit. All the other providers do the same. But thank you for the respond. It's much appreciated

No problem! Generally speaking the 22 GB prior to possible slow-downs is still more data for the price than one would get with the other plans that give an allowance but for some that need more data than this consistently it may be better to pay more for more 4G data.... Tough, I know especially if some months you are under this amount and other month's you are over....
