My Moto e4 doesn't have the advanced calling lit up so I can turn it on I've googled it and spent days trying to get wifi calling can't find volte lte on here either help at wits end

We want you to be able to use all your available services, Browning317. Wi-Fi calling can be activated once you have your HD voice service active. You can find out how to get this activated here, https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-218863/. You may need to have us look over your account to activate the feature on our side if you continue to have issues.
