Over the last three weeks, I have been told by multiple people that they call me and it just goes to VM immediately. Surprisingly, I am not getting any missed called messages. Verizon, is there potentially capacity issues happening in this area? I have never had this problem before but it has been happening at least a couple times per week over 3 weeks. Stumped....
Being able to rely on your device at all times is a must. Not receiving those calls is concerning. We can assure you that we are here to help and provide you the best services. Are you having any other issues with your device? What services signal are you usually receiving in your area?
My signal strength is great and I am having no known device issues. This issue actually happened to me again on 9/2 from a caller in the Phoenix area.
