Wireless network not working

I've had my Note 5 for several weeks now.  This mowning I've been unable to connect to 4g lte.  I went through settings and seen it was set on global network. I changed it back to lte. Then I got a notification saying my phone was not activated on the 4g network.   Like I said, this isn't a brand new phone.  I've been connected to the 4g lte network.   Help! 

My zip is 70737, also

Ldminson lets get that connection going strong. Before this began, have you recently installed any new application or software updates? Have you restarted the phone? Ejected the SIM card? I am certain we can get this working for you.
