Worst support experience of any vendor anywhere

I've spent the better part of a day trying to reach Fios TV support via chat, phone, or call back request. The automated system has hung up on me multiple times. The issue I'm having does not appear in any of the support forums. I can't get a live person to save my life. We have 5 phone lines, devices, Fios One TV and Internet. Taking my business elsewhere based on this experience. I hope cutting costs in support is worth losing a 20 year customer.
