bad customer service and unable to receive calls

ive been on the phone for 5+ hours over the past 3 days, not including in person wait times and visits which led to nothing. I switched over from T-Mobile, and had someone online set my account up. They never told me to setup a PIN, so they apparently made one up for me. I will make sure they get reported for that, as I had to go into the store in order to get my PIN reset.

As of now, I have service (internet works and outgoing calls work), but I cannot receive calls or texts. This is beyond frustrating, and I actually don't know what to do anymore. Not to mention, it says my first bill is going to be $350+, which is absurd, and a whole other issue.

After hours on the phone, they tell me my phone wasn't ported over properly from t-mobile, so I am unable to receive calls or texts. So they want to transfer me to the port team, but of course they are closed. So I wasted hours on the phone and on hold, only for the proper team to not be available. And who knows if they will even fix this issue? My billing better not have started already for my service, since I haven't even been able to use it.
